Customs Master Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Master Data Analyst responsibilities (approximately 70%)

• Product, component and kit master data governance

• Bill of Material (BOM) maintenance and validation

• Supplier data collection and management

• Data quality controls and audits

• ERP/SAP master data creation and maintenance

• Data integrity reviews supporting kitting operations

Trade Compliance responsibilities (approximately 20%)

• HTS classification support

• Country of origin data management

• Trade compliance validations

• Regulatory documentation support

• Customs and import/export compliance controls

AI & Process Improvement responsibilities (approximately 10%)

• Supporting automation initiatives

• Data collection optimization

• AI-enabled data discovery and validation tools

• Continuous process improvement activities
