That means you will ensure that facilities provided are well maintained, regulation/procedure are in place and implemented, hazards/aspects assessments are conducted, the accident both caused by unsafe acts and conditions are reduced and energy and waste are driven down.How you will contributeYou will:Assist and lead the cultural transformation regarding HSE to help lead plant to achieve Zero accidents and IncidentsBe responsible for coordinating and overseeing implementation of all Health & Safety programs and processesParticipate in investigations to facilitate closure of identified non-conformancesProvide Health and Safety expertise for the plant for all new projects and change management activitiesFollow up on non-conformances and develops the systems to resolve them based on root cause analysisMaintain an up-to-date incident reporting system, assist with investigating incidents in conjunction with the HSE Pillar team/safety committee and drive the completion of corrective actions to eliminate root causes/reoccurrenceDevelop technical guidance programs to identify and remove physical hazards`What you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:Experience in Environmental Health and SafetyMust have completed Environmental Health and Safety training in areas such as OSHA, EPA, DNRECExperience in safety, and/or environmental technical standardsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with individuals at all levelsUnderstanding and knowledge of regulatory reports and compliances including experience with ISOMore about this roleWhat you need to know about this position:Health, Safety & Environment Expertise• 5+ years of experience as a Health, Safety & Environment practitioner within food manufacturing, or large-scale warehouse/logistics operations.• Solid knowledge of occupational health programs (ergonomics) and environmental management (waste)• Proven ability to manage critical risks in complex environmentsLeadership & Team Management• Demonstrated experience leading and developing HS&E teams (support team and technicians,) across multiple areas including external operations.• Ability to influence, coach, and build safety culture among operational leaders, coordinators and frontline teams without direct authority.Change Management & Project Management• Proven experience leading HS&E improvement projects from concept to execution (infrastructure upgrades, engineering controls, technology implementation).• Ability to manage scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholders while ensuring safety-by-design principles.• Demonstrated change management skills to drive transformation in safety behaviors, systems, and governance standards.Decision-Making & Autonomy• Proven ability to make autonomous, data-driven decisions to protect people and warehouses operations process.• Confidence to stop work, escalate critical situations, and enforce Safety Principles and Life Saving Rules regardless of operational impact.• Strategic mindset to balance safety requirements with business objectives.Mondelez International InternalCommunication & Stakeholder Management• Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels—from warehouse floor operators to site leadership and corporate teams.• Ability to present HS&E performance, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior management.• Strong collaboration skills to work across functions (Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, HR) and with external contractors and regulatory bodies.• Bilingual communication to interact with global and regional teams.Education / Certifications:Mechanical Engineering & Environmental EngineerWork schedule:Monday to Friday full timeNo Relocation support availableBusiness Unit SummaryThe United States is the largest market in the Mondelēz International family with a significant employee and manufacturing footprint.
