Position Summary  

As a  Strategy & Operations Consultant  to support strategic, operational, and transformation initiatives for U.S.-based healthcare clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, structured problem‑solving, and the ability to convert complex data into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate bridges  strategy and execution , thrives in high-pressure environments, and delivers measurable impact. 

What You’ll Do:  

• Conduct financial, operational, and performance analyses to identify improvement opportunities. 
• Develop analytical models and apply consulting frameworks (MECE, hypothesis-driven thinking, issue trees). 
• Participate in end-to-end transformation projects, from diagnosis to implementation. 
• Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations and reports in English. 
• Translate data insights into strategic recommendations. 
• Manage deliverables, progress tracking, and workstream coordination. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Mexico and the U.S. 
• Maintain a high level of ownership, accountability, and professional ethics. 

Who You Are:  

Education & Experience:  

• 2–3 years in consulting, business analysis, transformation, or related roles 
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Data Analysis 
• Strong analytical skills + advanced Excel 
• Excellent communication & storytelling (English C1+) 
• Structured thought process and strong ownership mindset.
