Office Manager

Office Manager (On-site) – Monterrey, NL

One Call is looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Monterrey office. This role is responsible for ensuring our workplace is safe, well-maintained, and fully operational by coordinating facility services, managing vendors, supporting employees, and maintaining a productive office environment.

What You’ll Do

* Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the office and common areas.

* Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

* Manage relationships with vendors, including cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control, and maintenance providers.

* Track and follow up on facility service requests and work orders.

* Conduct routine office inspections and identify maintenance or safety issues.

* Coordinate office moves, workstation setups, and seating arrangements.

* Ensure meeting rooms and shared spaces are prepared and fully functional.

* Maintain office supplies and facility inventory.

* Support purchase requests, invoices, and facility-related documentation.

* Monitor vendor performance and ensure services meet quality standards.

* Assist with workplace safety initiatives, inspections, and emergency preparedness.

* Maintain facility records, reports, and operational metrics.

* Partner with internal teams to ensure employees have a positive workplace experience.

What We’re Looking For

* 1–3 years of experience in Office Management, Facilities, Office Administration, Workplace Operations, or a similar role.

* Experience coordinating external vendors and facility-related services.

* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

* Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.

* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Location & Schedule

* 100% On-site position in Monterrey, Nuevo León (Los Doctores area, near Loma Larga Tunnel).

* Monday through Friday.

* Standard schedule is 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; however, flexibility is required between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM depending on business needs.

Compensation & Benefits

* MXN $35,000 gross monthly salary.

* 10% grocery vouchers (MXN $3,400 per month).
