We're looking for a quality engineer.**What you will do:**Quality Engineers (QE) are involved in developing and implementing systems to ensure products or services are designed and produced to meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations. The QE also participates in the change management process to assure the products or services continue to meet customer requirements. The QE is usually part of a cross-functional team with other business and engineering disciplines. Quality Engineers establish the principles of product and service quality evaluation and control for the system.**How you will do it:*** Provide direction & supervise in developing inspection plans, First Article Inspection, In-Process and Final Product Inspection, Sampling Plans, inspection and acceptance criteria and Design Validation Testing* SPC & Quality Tools knowledge to support & implement in different areas as part of improving culture.* Quality system and its development, documentation, and implementation with respect to domestic and international standards or requirements.* Implement & develop corrective, preventive & containment actions for customer complaints.* Able to implement actions to avoid claims or warranties from field, by using quality tools such as PFMEA, Process audits, training, check list, audits etc, etc.* Audit process including types of audits, planning, preparation, execution, reporting results, and follow-up* Develop and implement quality programs, including tracking, analyzing, reporting, and problem solving.* Leading projects using problem solving techniques, such as quick, medium and major kaizens. Able to lead to a solution across all functional areas.* Control, and assure product and process quality in accordance with quality principles, which include planning processes, material control, acceptance sampling, and measurement systems* Problem-solving and quality improvement tools and techniques. Use of 5W+1H tools, Gemba analysis, phenomenon evaluation, characterization and root cause analysis.* Help facilitate continuous improvement and learning across all functional areas through training and communication of quality initiatives.* Analyze and implement corrective actions based on customer complaints, warranties analysis, risk analysis, scrap, etc.* People management skills able to develop & manage engineers & auditors* Participate in Risk Assessments* Participate in Training program.* Define corrective and preventive actions.* Analyze and prevent the consequences of all actions before any activity**What you will require:*** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent required.* Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in continues improvement, quality, statistic control, electricity, and mechanics, including two or more years of direct project management experience.* Professional recognition and industry networking are desired.
