Production Process Engineer | Mtc (Tijuana)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee workshop process technology, process management, and production workforce control.
• Organize the development of product process standards, compile product process documentation, formulate process improvement plans, and lead research on new processes.
• Maintain and manage standard workforce allocation for products.
• Provide guidance and coordination for process and engineering-related tasks.
• Analyze, improve, and resolve issues arising during production to maximize fulfillment of demand department requirements while ensuring high-quality, on-time completion of production tasks.

Position Requirements

• Education/Major: College degree or higher; preference for Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience/Skills: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience; Proficiency in specialized knowledge and skills, including advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Strong team management, communication, coordination, information gathering, and organizational abilities.
• Personal Qualities: Excellent analytical problem-solving and on-site guidance capabilities; Demonstrated innovation mindset; High adaptability, initiative, accountability, and resilience.
• Conversational English.
