Meet The Team
At Fever, our Business Development team is both the face of Fever in the market and the voice of the market within Fever. Sitting at the core of our platform, they connect the world’s best experiences with the largest audiences, helping the live entertainment industry grow and evolve.
Our team builds trusted, long-term partnerships with leading brands across the ecosystem. We work closely with creators, producers, agencies, and cultural leaders to help them make data-driven decisions, expand their portfolios, and scale internationally. In doing so, we play a key role in shaping the future of the entertainment landscape.
This role goes far beyond relationship management. It requires strong strategic thinking and problem-solving across a wide range of topics, from marketing and pricing to operations and financing. The most successful team members take full ownership of their partners’ success, acting as true partners and advisors at every stage of growth.
Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Business Development works hand-in-hand with Marketing, Category Management, Partner Support, Operations, Tech, Product, and Finance to ensure every experience on our platform reaches its full potential.

The Role
The Country Lead position at Fever is a pivotal senior role, sitting at the intersection of strategic market leadership and hands-on commercial execution. As Country Lead, you will serve as Fever's primary representative in your market, owning both the growth strategy and the day-to-day commercial relationships that make it happen. You will build and lead a high-performing business development team, forge deep partnerships with top event organizers, venues, and key industry stakeholders, and drive ambitious revenue targets — all while acting as the local voice to HQ and a collaborative partner to your peers across regions.
What You'll Do
- Represent Fever's interests in your market and build your personal brand as a senior leader in the world's most exciting industry.
- Develop and execute an innovative, data-driven growth strategy to scale Fever's presence in the region.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing business development team.
- Create and cultivate deep commercial relationships with top producers, creators, venues, and key stakeholders in the entertainment industry.
- Set up and continuously refine the local sales process and partner network.
- Expertly manage commercial strategy with key partners, ensuring mutual value creation and long-term, sustainable partnerships.
- Meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets, reporting on and owning quarterly performance goals.
- Think strategically and pragmatically about technology, data, operations, and market expansion.
- Serve as the in-market expert on entertainment trends, new experiences, and the local competitive landscape.
- Communicate product and process needs to HQ, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver on them.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders globally and share best practices with fellow Country Leads across regions.
Who You Are
You're an entrepreneurial, commercially-minded leader with a track record of building businesses in new markets or segments — equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to close deals.
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, business development, commercial management, or a related field — ideally with a mix of strategy and execution.
- Proven ability to build and manage high-impact partnerships and client relationships at scale.
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding commercial targets.
- Data-driven decision-making and sound business judgment through sharp analytical thinking.
- Stellar networking skills and the ability to turn relationships into results.
- Entrepreneurial DNA — self-starter mentality, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and a Sales CRM.
- Deep knowledge of the local entertainment, events, and lifestyle landscape.
- Fluency in English is a must; fluency in the local language is a strong plus.
- Top-notch academic background; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
