Your Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and driven professional to join our Technology Product Deployment team. This role focuses on consulting, configuring, and deploying travel technology solutions to meet client needs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities & Scope

• Manage end-to-end product deployment (OBT & approvals)
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot platforms
• Create and maintain project plans and deployment documentation
• Collaborate with Implementation, Commercial, Product, and Support teams
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Your Profile

• Strong knowledge of GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo)
• Experience with online booking tools (Concur, Deem, GetThere) is a plus
• Understanding of corporate travel processes
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Technical aptitude and ability to understand product functionality
