- Experiencia Laboral: Manejo de moto (no motoneta) Conocimientos en F.O, redes.
- Aptitudes y Habilidades: Habilidades de negociación, Influencia y persuasión, Soluciones Financieras, Buena dicción y vocabulario, Actitud de servicio, Conocimiento de trabajo en calle
- Características especiales: Licencia Vigente, Excelente Negociación, Servicio al cliente, Buena Presentación, Honrado y responsable, Control de sus gestiones y seguimiento a los casos, Habilidades de negociación, Influencia y persuasión, Soluciones Financieras, Buena dicción y vocabulario, Actitud de servicio, Conocimiento de trabajo en calle
ACTIVIDADES QUE REALIZA:
- Realizar la cobranza domiciliaria de las cuentas asignadas
- llenar formato físico y/o electrónico de visita y registrar en el sistema de cobranza el resultado de sus gestiones
- Negociación con el cliente ofreciendo alternativas de pago para así como posible programas de salida que le permitan regularizar
- Reactivar el servicio o recuperación de equipo.
- Buscar alternativas de horario y medios para el logro de localización del cliente
