Job Title

Remote L3 Production Support Engineer – Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX)

Responsibilities

• Actively provide support for resolution of L3 issues with detailed analysis, code fixes, and rigorous testing.
• Work on supporting product servers and clients on cutting‑edge platforms, contributing to continuous improvement and delivery.
• Continually focus on enhancing the performance of Java applications.
• Work on database tasks and craft SQL queries.
• Use Splunk for debugging and log investigation.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Implement new tool functionalities that support changing business requirements.
• Develop functions that automate provisioning, access management, and user experience improvements.
• Provide technical feedback and support to development teams.
• Perform detailed RCA of production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead collaboration and communication in a global environment.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design, and implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in Core Java, at least 3 years of development experience.
• Experience working on multiple Java projects.
• Clear coding interview using CoderPad.io.
• 6‑9 years of overall software engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java.
• Experience with SQL, Splunk, Git.
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow and process workflow.
• Experience with AWS is preferred.
• 3+ years of L3 support experience.
• AWS certification is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile principles is a plus.
