Digital Advertising Operations Analyst

About the role:

The Analyst, Enablement & Support (E&S) will manage day-to-day campaign onboarding, ad moderation, and partner support across owned, operated, and external retail media distribution platforms. This role ensures high campaign fulfillment standards, resolves technical ad-serving escalations, and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to enable advertiser success.

What You'll Do:

• Campaign Operations & Moderation: Oversee end-to-end campaign onboarding, keyword moderation, and ad activation within the ad server, ensuring strict adherence to delivery KPIs and SLAs.
• Advertiser & Partner Support: Provide front-line technical support and troubleshooting for advertisers, sales teams, and API partners across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Video ad formats.
• Quality Assurance & Audits: Perform detailed account and campaign audits using established go-live checklists to guarantee setup accuracy and fulfillment standards.
• Access & Policy Management: Review and manage internal and external platform access requests while liaising with the Ad Policy team to implement updated advertising guidelines.
• Issue Resolution & Escalations: Conduct deep-dive root-cause analyses on complex campaign, tool, and platform issues to resolve client escalations swiftly.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance product knowledge, and contribute to SOP documentation.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with self-serve retail media or display ad platforms (e.g., Sponsored Search, Sponsored Products, Display).
• Proven experience troubleshooting ad tech platforms, campaign delivery issues, and tool-related errors.
• Practical knowledge of search advertising mechanics, including keyword bidding, marketplace dynamics, and brand/video formats.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience supporting global stakeholders.
• Flexibility to support business operations across multiple US time zones (EST, CST, PST).

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with campaign trafficking and bid optimization across search and retail media networks.
• Demonstrated track record of improving operational processes, workflow efficiencies, and documentation (SOPs)
