Junior Graphic Designer (Isla Guadalupe)

Position: Junior Graphic Designer
Location: San Jeronimo, NL
Schedule: Hybrid – Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (on-site) and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (remote).

Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts aligned with the brand's communication strategies.
• Design graphic materials for digital platforms (posts, stories, banners) and printed materials (flyers, invitations, etc.).
• Collaborate in the creation and adaptation of visual identities and branding.
• Assist in conceptualizing corporate presentations aligned with visual identities.
• Create basic animations for social media and digital content.
• Elevate the craft of our creative ideas, ensuring quality and innovation in every project.
• Actively participate in the development of creative campaigns alongside the marketing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva (basic knowledge of InDesign, After Effects, or Premiere is a plus).
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written, C1 level).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Creativity, proactivity, and adaptability to current graphic trends.
• Excellent spelling and writing skills in both English and Spanish.
