Collections & Analytics Supervisor

AIG in Mexico City is seeking a Collection Supervisor to lead reporting and analysis for collections, drive KPI-based improvements, and manage a collections team. You will coordinate with Distribution, Finance, and business lines to align operational activities with corporate goals.
Role requires a strong finance/Accounting background in insurance, plus leadership and stakeholder collaboration skills; in-office work is expected with a focus on compliant, efficient processes.
