Training Specialist — Digital Marketing Agency (Guadalajara)

Advanced Marketers is a Google Premier Partner agency headquartered in Orange County, California, with our operations office here in Guadalajara. We run lead generation for home service contractors across the US — plumbing, HVAC, roofing, remodeling, construction. We are hiring continuously across ten roles, and we need someone whose entire job is getting new people productive fast.

What you'll do

• Own onboarding for every new hire — media buyers, creative, developers, and CSRs — from day one through their first 90 days
• Build and maintain the training material: SOPs, recorded walkthroughs, checklists, quick-reference guides
• Run live training sessions and keep them current as platforms and processes change
• Certify people before they touch a client account, and be the person who says "not ready yet" when that's the honest answer
• Track ramp time and quality, and report to leadership on who's on pace and who needs support

What we're looking for

• 3+ years training or onboarding people in an agency, BPO, call center, or marketing team
• At least one job where you stayed two years or more — we care a lot about this
• Strong written and spoken English; much of the material and some of the training is in English
• Comfortable building training from scratch, not just delivering someone else's deck
• Familiarity with paid media (Google Ads, Meta) is a strong plus, but we will teach the platforms to the right trainer
