About the Role

This opportunity is adecuado for candidates with strong HRIS experience, configuration experience UKG eTime / UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM), and the ability to support multi-country deployments across Latin America.

Requirements

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Human Resources Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting HR technology systems, HRIS applications, workforce management systems, or business systems analysis.
• Proven hands‑on experience with UKG eTime / UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), including configuration, support, troubleshooting, testing, and implementation activities.
• Experience supporting multi‑country HRIS implementations, deployments, or migrations.
• Strong ability to work with regional stakeholders and translate business requirements into system configurations and solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and deliverables in a fast‑paced global environment.
• Advanced English (C1/C2) and Spanish proficiency, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience supporting HRIS systems across LATAM.
• Knowledge of labor regulations across multiple LATAM countries.
• Experience in sustainment, post‑implementation support, or HRIS migrations.
• Experience with testing methodologies, test plans, test scripts, and QA best practices.
• Experience with reporting tools, data analysis, system integrations, and interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HRIS support and sustainment for UKG eTime / UKG Pro WFM across LATAM.
• Quickly learn and understand the current eTime configuration deployed across LATAM.
• Partner with LATAM stakeholders to identify pain points, process gaps, and opportunities for system improvements.
• Support configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities for UKG eTime / UKG Pro WFM.
• The initial deployment is closer to a migration effort; however, identified issues, enhancements, and optimization opportunities may be reviewed and addressed.
• Support continued deployments and enhancements for remaining LATAM countries.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local regulatory requirements.
• Maintain, update, and adjust system configurations in response to business, policy, and regulatory changes.
• Develop a strong understanding of business processes and HR operations across LATAM.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Ability to create and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business partners, and third‑party vendors.
• High attention to detail and ability to identify data quality and data integrity issues.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and share knowledge with team members.
• Strong computer skills, including reporting, analytics, and system interface management.
