Se requiere experiencia senior en el ecosistema Java para soporte, administración y diagnóstico de aplicaciones empresariales desplegadas en Apache Tomcat. El candidato deberá dominar Java Core, JVM, manejo de memoria, lectura de stack traces, empaquetado .jar .war, classpath classloaders, revisión de logs, análisis de errores de aplicación, integración con PostgreSQL vía JDBC, pools de conexión, APIs REST SOAP, y diagnóstico de aplicaciones Java web en producción. Se valorará experiencia con Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate JPA, MyBatis, Maven, ActiveMQ JMS, procesos batch ETL, OpenAPI Swagger, monitoreo JVM, thread dumps, heap dumps y análisis de performance. El puesto no está orientado a modificar el software propietario que utiliza la Empresa, sino a administrar, diagnosticar, documentar, integrar, monitorear y escalar técnicamente la plataforma, asegurando continuidad operativa y soporte especializado.
