Project Manager

Orbis Agency, with more than 15 years of experience, is looking for its next Project Manager .

Our agency works with clients across several Spanish-speaking countries, helping them meet their business and communication goals through corporate identity design, social media management, audiovisual content, digital marketing, and product design.

General Information

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Age: 25–40 years old.
Gender: Open to all applicants.

• At least one year of experience using ClickUp as the primary project management platform.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose effective solutions.
• At least two years of previous experience as a Project Manager, preferably within a digital marketing agency or a related industry.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media strategies, and campaign management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure without losing attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in additional tools such as Google Workspace , CRM platforms, and data analytics tools.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
• Experience creating and managing project timelines and budgets.
• Familiarity with design or editing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud is desirable.
• Experience working with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate digital marketing projects for multiple clients.
• Plan, organize, and oversee tasks in ClickUp, ensuring that deadlines, deliverables, and project objectives are met.
• Collaborate closely with creative, design, social media, and web development teams.
• Assign tasks, monitor team progress, and ensure the successful delivery of each project.
• Track project KPIs and prepare detailed reports for clients and company leadership.
• Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with clients, providing high-quality service and ensuring their expectations are met.
• Take the initiative in solving problems, optimizing processes, and proposing continuous improvements to project management and internal operations.

Working Hours

• Monday through Friday.
• 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
