Position Overview
About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Procurement professional with experience supporting sourcing initiatives and supplier relationships within fuel, energy, transportation, and logistics-related categories. This role will support procurement strategies focused on mobile fuel supply, helping ensure operational continuity, supplier reliability, and cost optimization across transportation and distribution networks. The position will collaborate cross-functionally with operations, fleet management, finance, and legal teams in a global and fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Category Management.
- Experience managing sourcing initiatives and supplier relationships within fuel, energy, transportation, or logistics-related categories.
- Background working in industries such as Retail, Logistics, Transportation, Distribution, Manufacturing, Fleet Operations, or Supply Chain environments.
- Knowledge of end-to-end sourcing and procurement processes, including RFP/RFQ management, supplier selection, contract administration, and vendor performance management.
- Experience supporting procurement strategies for diesel, mobile fuel, or transportation-related commodities.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market analysis, pricing trends, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) initiatives.
- Experience negotiating with suppliers and supporting contract management activities.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Legal, Fleet Management, and Supply Chain teams.
- Experience working in global or multinational companies is preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2).
