Plant Operations Leader: Start‑Up & Lean Excellence
NORMA Group
NORMA Group is seeking a Plant Manager for our facility in Michigan. The role leads operations in full P&L, drives lean transformation, and ensures quality, safety, and cost targets while building a strong leadership team and culture.
Ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing leadership, experience with union workforces, and strong supply chain management using certified processes. This is an on-site role in Auburn Hills, MI.
