Sr Sourcing Coordinator

We are looking for a Sr Sourcing Coordinator to lead sourcing and procurement activities for products, materials, and services, ensuring competitive costs, quality, supply continuity, and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans based on business needs, market trends, and long-term supply requirements.
• Evaluate, select, and develop local and international suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, capacity, and delivery performance.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to achieve competitive pricing, quality, lead times, payment terms, and service levels.
• Conduct cost, market, and supplier performance analyses to identify cost-saving and supply chain optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Production, Finance, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead sourcing projects and continuous improvement initiatives, managing priorities, resources, timelines, and objectives.
• Ensure sourcing and purchasing activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations, including supplier risk management and internal audits.

What Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or related positions.
• Advanced knowledge of purchasing management, strategic sourcing, direct and indirect procurement, cost analysis, and supply chain processes.
• Experience with local and global sourcing, including supplier selection, development, performance management, and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, quality standards, inventory control, and supplier management.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier contracts and commercial agreements.
• Experience with ERP and procurement systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView preferred. Intermediate proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate-Advanced English
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
