We are currently searching for a PeopleSoft Lead :

Key Responsibilities

• Application Support: Provide comprehensive L1, L2, and L3 support for PeopleSoft applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and tickets using Jira or similar tools.
• Maintenance & Patching: Handle routine and critical maintenance activities, including applying Oracle certificates, PeopleSoft (PS) updates, and CPU patch updates. Use Change Assistant (CA) for applying Oracle-delivered bug fixes.
• Domain Administration: Administer, configure, and troubleshoot PeopleSoft core components: Application Servers, Process Schedulers, and Web Server Domains. Assist in setting up clustering, load balancing, and failover mechanisms.
• Migrations & Environment Management: Manage project migrations utilizing the STAT tool. Execute PeopleSoft environment refreshes (including File servers) and recreate App/Web/Process Scheduler domains. Maintain environment catalogs and documentation.
• Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Conduct PeopleSoft debugging, tracing, and troubleshooting across different cloud platforms. Configure, manage, and perform root-cause analysis for Elasticsearch.
• Integration & Security: Support and manage Integration Broker configuration, Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations, and generate security access reports across various environments.
• Database Collaboration: Support Oracle database backup management and assist with basic application performance tuning.

Requirements (What we are looking for)

• Experience: 3+ to 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration support.
• Experience: Provide comprehensive L1, L2, and L3 support for PeopleSoft applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and tickets using Jira or similar tools
• Database & OS: Basic understanding of Oracle Database management and performance tuning from an application perspective.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, resilience, and a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving.

Desired  

• Experience managing PeopleSoft environments deployed on modern Cloud platforms.
• Deep knowledge of PeopleTools Metadata.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.

• Search & Diagnostics: Experience configuring and managing Elasticsearch within a PeopleSoft context.
• Database Knowledge: Understanding of Oracle Database management, backup procedures, and performance tuning from an applications perspective.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to system health and maintenance.
