Delivery Analyst – Audience Activation

Are you passionate about data, marketing technology, and solving complex operational challenges? Acxiom is looking for a Delivery Analyst to support Audience Activation solutions that help leading brands connect with customers through targeted marketing campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, email campaigns, cloud-based solutions, automation, troubleshooting, and process optimization. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of marketing data, campaign execution, and client solutions.

What You'll Do

• Build, test, execute, and support audience activation and email marketing campaigns through Acxiom's proprietary platforms.
• Manage large-scale file transfers, data processing workflows, and campaign execution activities.
• Monitor, audit, and validate source and output data to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with service-level agreements.
• Coordinate data receipt and delivery with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve data, processing and campaign-related issues.
• Create and maintain processing flows, including new builds, enhancements, and change requests.
• Support process automation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicate project status, delivery updates, and issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in change management activities and support less experienced team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in data operations, campaign execution, marketing technology, audience activation, or related fields.
• Experience working with cloud-based solutions and SaaS platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Oracle databases and data processing environments.
• Knowledge of file transfer protocols and data movement processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders.

What Sets You Apart

• Experience supporting email marketing or audience activation campaigns.
• Exposure to banking, insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of campaign management tools and marketing technology platforms.
• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX/Linux, shell scripting, Perl, or automation tools.
• Understanding of data privacy, compliance, encryption/decryption, and information security practices.
• Familiarity with auditing, monitoring, and quality assurance processes.
• General knowledge of information technology operations and data delivery environments.
