VP, Capital Deployment — Mexico Logistics Real Estate
Prologis
Prologis is seeking a VP, Capital Deployment in Mexico City to lead land acquisitions and development of logistics product, driving investment strategy and organic growth.
You will own the origination, underwriting and execution of industrial real estate deals, partnering with Market Officers, Leasing and Development teams to influence asset strategy and performance.
We value a 10+ year track record, strong negotiation and leadership, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
