Sales & Road Safety Leader

Responsabilidades
- Definir y gobernar la estrategia nacional de Seguridad Vial para reparto, ventas, SIX y transporte primario.
- Establecer estándares, controles críticos y programas preventivos para conductores propios y terceros.
- Identificar y gestionar riesgos críticos de conducción, incluyendo velocidad, distracción, fatiga, cinturón de seguridad, comportamiento del conductor y condiciones vehiculares.
- Liderar el uso de telemetría y tecnologías de monitoreo para analizar el desempeño de los conductores, identificar tendencias y reducir la siniestralidad.
- Analizar KPIs, accidentes, auditorías e incidentes para definir prioridades y planes de mejora.
- Coordinar la investigación de accidentes y promover lecciones aprendidas y acciones preventivas.
- Trabajar transversalmente con Logística, Ventas, SIX, Operaciones, SHE Regional y proveedores de transporte para fortalecer la gestión de riesgos viales.
- Fungir como contacto nacional con Global Safety, asegurando la correcta interpretación e implementación de estándares corporativos y proporcionando retroalimentación a Global.
- Dar seguimiento a la implementación de la estrategia a través de las operaciones regionales y los Road Safety Champions.
Requisitos
- Más de 8 años de experiencia en posiciones de liderazgo en Safety, EHS, SHE o Seguridad Vial.
- Experiencia en Seguridad Vial, gestión de riesgos, flotas y/o transporte.
- Conocimiento de telemetría, tecnologías de monitoreo vehicular y análisis de comportamiento del conductor.
- Conocimiento de normatividad y estándares de Seguridad Vial.
- Experiencia en análisis de siniestralidad, investigación de accidentes e indicadores de seguridad.
- Experiencia en gestión de proveedores y/o contratistas de transporte.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Deseable experiencia en logística, distribución, reparto y/o gestión de flotillas.
- Capacidad de liderazgo e influencia transversal con equipos operativos, regionales y globales.
