Estamos en la búsqueda de tu talento como Azure DevOps Engineer
Requisitos:- +4 años de experiencia práctica en DevOps o Ingeniería de Nube, con especialización técnica en Azure DevOps .
- Dominio avanzado en la construcción de pipelines mediante YAML .
- Experiencia real con Terraform y/o ARM Templates para la gestión de infraestructura.
- Conocimientos sólidos en control de versiones (Git) y sus diversas estrategias de ramificación.
- Habilidad para el scripting en PowerShell y/o Bash (Python es un plus).
Stack Técnico Clave:
- Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, Azure Artifacts.
- Docker & Kubernetes (AKS).
- Azure Monitor & Log Analytics.
- Herramientas de análisis de código y seguridad.

Calificaciones Deseables
- Certificaciones oficiales de Microsoft Azure (ej. AZ-400).
- Experiencia en proyectos de migración a la nube o modernización de aplicaciones.
- Capacidad para trabajar en entornos ágiles y multidisciplinarios.
Roles y Responsabilidades
- Automatización de Pipelines: Diseñar y mantener pipelines de CI/CD basados en YAML en Azure DevOps para optimizar la velocidad y confiabilidad de las entregas.
- Infraestructura como Código (IaC): Implementar y estandarizar el aprovisionamiento de entornos (Dev/Test/Prod) utilizando Terraform y/o plantillas ARM .
- Administración de Ecosistema: Gestionar repositorios, estrategias de branching, agentes de compilación (build agents), aprobaciones y gestión de artefactos.
- DevSecOps: Integrar controles de seguridad, análisis de código (ej. SonarQube) y políticas de gobernanza dentro del ciclo de vida del software.
- Monitoreo y Observabilidad: Configurar registros y alertas proactivas utilizando Azure Monitor y Log Analytics para asegurar la estabilidad del sistema.
- Contenedores: Soportar y automatizar el despliegue de cargas de trabajo en Docker y plataformas de orquestación como Kubernetes (AKS) .
- Mejora Continua: Implementar estrategias de lanzamiento avanzadas (Blue/Green, Canary, Rollbacks) y desarrollar runbooks operativos.
