React Native Developer (Guerrero)

React Native Developer with 6-8 years of overall experience in mobile application development to design, build, and maintain high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. The adecuado candidate should have strong hands‑on expertise in React Native, modern JavaScript frameworks, and mobile architecture, along with the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications using React Native
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and high‑quality mobile solutions
• Ensure performance optimization, responsiveness, and smooth user experience across devices
• Integrate REST APIs, third‑party libraries, SDKs, and backend services
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement pixel‑perfect designs
• Write clean, modular, reusable, and well‑documented code
• Perform code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and memory leaks
• Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams throughout the SDLC
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision‑making
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

Technical Skills - Mandatory

• Strong hands‑on experience with React Native (4+ years preferred)
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
• Strong understanding of React concepts: Hooks, Context, State management (Redux/Redux Toolkit/MobX)

Technical Skills - Nice to have

• Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
• Good knowledge of mobile architecture patterns and component‑based design
• Experience with Android and iOS mobile app lifecycles
• Hands‑on experience with Git and version control systems
