Clinical Data Science Lead

ICON seeks a Clinical Data Science Lead to oversee data review and delivery activities across clinical studies in Mexico and Colombia. The role involves managing timelines, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring data fitness for analysis while maintaining stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timeliness and delivery of clinical data science activities throughout study lifecycle
• Negotiate project timelines and deliverables with clients, vendors, and internal departments
• Perform analytic review to identify errors with meaningful impact on safety or analysis
• Forecast budget, hours, and resources for clinical data review activities
• Participate in sponsor and third-party audits and escalate project issues

Requirements

• 4+ years clinical data management experience in CRO or pharmaceutical setting
• Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects
• Proficiency in major Clinical Data Management systems (Rave, Inform, Oracle Clinical, Veeva)
• Strong data analytics and validation expertise
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluent English and host country language proficiency
• Excellent timeline management and communication skills
