The Impact You'll Make

You will play a critical role in enabling logistics excellence and supply continuity for our Sensors business in Apodaca. By strengthening supplier collaboration and improving planning performance, you will directly influence delivery reliability, cost efficiency, and inventory health—ensuring our customers receive the right products at the right time.

In this role, you will act as a key connector between suppliers, planning, and operations , driving transparency and structured improvements across the inbound supply chain. Your work will help build a more agile, data-driven, and resilient supply network.

You will also help shape how we work by supporting continuous improvement, lean thinking, and capability building , contributing to a culture that embraces change and delivers sustainable results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to align forecasts, priorities, and performance, ensuring reliable and timely material flow
• Drive continuous improvements in planning and logistics processes to reduce lead time, optimize inventory, and improve service levels
• Ensure suppliers have accurate, timely information to enable effective production and delivery execution
• Support structured development plans with suppliers to strengthen capabilities and long-term performance
• Contribute to workshops and cross-functional initiatives to build process knowledge and promote a lean, improvement-driven culture

• Experience in supply chain planning, supplier management, or production planning within a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions
• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams and external partners
• Clear and effective communication skills in a professional environment
• A proactive, flexible mindset with a continuous improvement and “can-do” attitude
