Key job responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage complex cross‑functional programs from conception through national‑scale implementation, ensuring delivery milestones are met while mitigating risks.
• Lead stakeholder alignment across technical and operational teams, resolving conflicting priorities and driving consensus on program objectives and execution strategies.
• Analyze program performance data to identify optimization opportunities, develop targeted improvement plans, and track progress against key metrics.
• Navigate ambiguous operational challenges by diving deep into root causes, evaluating alternatives, and implementing scalable solutions that address systemic issues.
• Communicate program status and strategic recommendations to leadership levels, facilitating decision‑making through clear presentation of trade‑offs and potential outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of team management experience.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.
• 3+ years of delivering cross‑functional projects.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Experience in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL queries.
• Experience defining and executing program requirements.
• PMP certificate.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.
