Inventory Planner

This role within the Supply Chain team is essential to ensuring product availability, planning inventory levels based on the sales forecast, and coordinating replenishment and production for markets such as Mexico, the United States, Latin Trade, and Argentina.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Engineering or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in inventory planning, materials planning, or supply chain.
• Advanced English for daily communication with international teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI and SQL is a plus.
• Strong organization, proactivity, sense of urgency, and customer orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in multicultural environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze demand and update the sales forecast in collaboration with Sales and Product Development teams.
• Plan materials using DRP and MRP tools, ensuring availability and service level.
• Manage production orders for the Kit Center, prioritize activities, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate replenishment of finished goods and components.
• Follow up with suppliers, validate planned orders, and develop action plans for deviations.
• Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycles with Commercial, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
• Monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve issues related to orders and supply.
