Full Stack Developer

Buscamos un(a) Full Stack Developer apasionado(a) por la tecnología y la innovación para liderar el desarrollo de una plataforma inmobiliaria integral que transformará la forma en que gestionamos propiedades, clientes, ventas, rentas e inversiones.
Esta posición tendrá un papel clave en la construcción y evolución del ecosistema digital de la empresa, desarrollando soluciones escalables que impulsen el crecimiento del negocio y mejoren la experiencia de nuestros usuarios.
Responsabilidades principales
• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones web y plataformas inmobiliarias.
• Desarrollar APIs robustas y escalables utilizando Python.
• Crear funcionalidades para la gestión de propiedades, clientes, prospectos e inversionistas.
• Implementar módulos CRM para seguimiento comercial.
• Integrar mapas interactivos, geolocalización y herramientas digitales para la gestión inmobiliaria.
• Diseñar dashboards e indicadores para la toma de decisiones.
• Garantizar la seguridad, estabilidad y rendimiento de la plataforma.
• Colaborar con equipos de negocio para transformar necesidades operativas en soluciones tecnológicas.
Requisitos
• Ingeniería en Sistemas, Desarrollo de Software o carrera afín.
• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como Full Stack Developer.
• Experiencia sólida desarrollando aplicaciones empresariales con Python.
• Experiencia en desarrollo de APIs REST.
• Dominio de tecnologías frontend modernas como React, Next.js, Angular o Vue.js.
• Experiencia con PostgreSQL, MySQL y control de versiones con Git.
• Conocimientos en Docker y plataformas cloud (AWS, Azure o Google Cloud).
Será un plus contar con experiencia en:
• Plataformas inmobiliarias, PropTech o CRM.
• Google Maps API, WhatsApp Business API y pasarelas de pago.
• Inteligencia Artificial aplicada a automatización comercial, chatbots y recomendación de propiedades.
