Associate Brand Manager – Jack Daniel’s

The Associate Brand Manager coordinates and executes key initiatives to reinforce the brand leadership of Jack Daniel’s across Mexico and globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and monitor annual brand plans while analyzing KPIs, industry trends, and competitor activities; deliver periodic brand reviews and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate end-to-end brand communication and media plans across paid media, experiential activation, and public relations; interface with agencies from creative briefing to campaign evaluation.
• Act as primary liaison between Sales, Customer Marketing, Global, and Regional teams to pitch marketing initiatives, facilitate market visits, and uncover commercial growth opportunities.
• Lead execution of brand experiential platforms and value‑added packaging projects; maintain strict brand guardianship across all channels.
• Manage the operational marketing budget, including P&L monitoring, monthly advertising and promotion spend, purchase orders, and invoice control.
• Direct daily workflows and build robust partnerships with internal departments and external creative, PR, and media agencies; ensure all communication meets business imperatives.
• Control assigned project life cycles from resource allocation to closure; lead post‑evaluation reviews to implement key learnings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related commercial field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven brand‑building, portfolio development, and marketing success in fast‑moving consumer goods global enterprises.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret Nielsen and ISCAM market research data, manage brand P&L structures, and optimize performance metrics.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; ability to collaborate with cross‑functional global brand teams in multicultural environments.
• Technical knowledge of modern consumer digital marketing frameworks and contemporary multimedia production trends.
• Preferred experience in Wine & Spirits, ready‑to‑drink, beer, or FMCG; strong project and time management skills.
