: Especialista en Aseguramiento de Calidad (QA Specialist) Asegurar que todos los productos, procesos y sistemas cumplan con los estándares de calidad establecidos por la organización, las expectativas del cliente y las regulaciones aplicables. Diseñar, implementar y supervisar planes de control, metodologías de auditoría y acciones correctivas para prevenir defectos y promover la mejora continua en la línea de producción o servicio.
Funciones y Responsabilidades:
- Realizar auditorías internas periódicas de procesos, productos y sistemas de gestión de calidad.
- Supervisar los estándares de calidad en las diferentes etapas del proceso de producción o servicio.
- Coordinar y documentar análisis de causa raíz en rechazos de piso, quejas de cliente.
Educación y Experiencia:
- Educación: Se valora como ventaja una formación académica o experiencia en práctica en e ingeniería industrial, tecnología de manufactura, gestión de operaciones o sistemas de gestión de calidad.
- Experiencia: Mínimo de 2 a 3 años de experiencia en puestos similares de aseguramiento o control de calidad.
- Idioma: inglés intermedio-avanzado (escrito y hablado).
