About the role

The Demand Planner Partner is responsible for developing and facilitating the demand planning process within the region. This involves partnering with Sales Teams on the 0-12 month forecast and the EUM Lead on the 12-24 month forecast. The role aims to provide analytical-driven insights, monitor, and continually improve forecast accuracy, and deliver service excellence while maintaining a strong focus on costs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Global Demand Team, Sales Teams, and EUM Lead to develop 3rd Party Customer Demand forecasts.
• Lead the Demand Review Process within the Global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) framework.
• Manage and improve forecast accuracy and forecast bias KPIs.
• Develop and update 3rd Party Customer Demand plans.
• Facilitate demand reviews and meetings.
• Provide insights on customer demand patterns and business trends.
• Connect with Demand Planners in the Top 20 strategic customers to gather additional input and challenge forecast assumptions.
• Ensure the integrity of data in the forecasting system and provide continuous improvement feedback.

Qualifications and skills

• Degree in Administrative Engineering or related administrative fields.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• 3 years of experience in planning.
• Strong experience with Excel and ERP.
