Optima Solutions Business Intelligence Lead (San Juan Guichicovi)

Key Responsibilities

• Study, understand regional Optima Solutions requirements and support the regional Leadership teams.
• Develop dashboards and reports (Power BI, PowerPoint) for the OS regional Leadership team.
• Serve as a translation between the OS Power Apps lead and business needs.
• Understand business processes and how the Power Platform or other tools can improve them.
• Connect data sources, import data, and transform data.
• Introduce Apps and report updates to the team and collect feedback for improvement.
• Give presentations on data quality in applications for the OS Leadership Team.
• Propose creative technical and quantitative solutions to problems and lead these through to implementation.
• Conduct training programs for the Optima Solution team.
• Coordinate best practices in field service to share within the organization, accelerate the Optima Solutions team, and promote efficiency.
• Apply integral standards.
• Enhance collaboration among regions.
• Ensure quality data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Excellent at translating data into informative visuals and reports.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel) and PPG internal tools (FOCUS, CPU, DEMANTRA).
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement in data quality, data visualization, and data reporting; enthusiastic and versatile.
• Familiarity with secondary tools (Power Platform or others).
• Fluent in English.
