Global Risk Management Coordinator

At Grupo Modelo, part of AB InBev, we are looking for a Global Risk Management Coordinator to join our team in Mexico City.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Compliance or Finance who are passionate about solving complex business challenges, improving governance frameworks and influencing decision-making at senior leadership levels.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives.

• Analyze financial, operational and compliance risks across the organization.

• Strengthen internal control frameworks and governance processes.

• Perform risk assessments and support mitigation plans.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions.

• Support audit activities, process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Leverage data analytics and technology to support risk-based decision making.

• Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, External Audit, Compliance or Finance.

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• SAP knowledge.

• Experience with Power BI or Data Analytics tools is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• CIA, CPA, CISA, CRMA, SOX-related certifications.

• Experience in multinational environments.

• Exposure to senior executive stakeholders.
