Warehouse Supervisor (onsite)

Job Summary

Oversee the receiving of material coming into the facility and put away to corresponding FF. Oversee the Material handling in warehouse according standard to guarantee the safe and right material flow to production and keep controled WIP (work in process) inventory flow, ensuring the correct report of transactions required.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Oversee manning and duties of the receiving and Material handling team in the plant assigned.

Oversee Material handling Leads in plant to accomplish the standard for material handling, D-KB and MRP, DSY and Excess and Report of transactions. (Scrap, Subs, Rejects,Transfers)

Group leader development and process improvements for Receiving, Inventory control, Material Handling and WIP control.

Budget compliance---help keep within budget Receiving.

Meet OEA/CTPAT/Sox requirements/documentations and processes.

Direct/monitor hourly personnel in safety, quality and productivity.

Experience Required

Bachelor degree

Advanced English skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to use a computer to enter and/or retrieve information efficiently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn and use additional software tools.Experience managing or supporting inventory-related projects, ensuring accuracy, tracking, and continuous improvement of processes.

Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with operations managers and cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
