Process / NPI Engineer

Knowledge

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the manufacturing and/or medical industry.
• Knowledge of Engineering Change Order (ECO) implementation.
• Experience with documentation management and change control.
• Knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ validations.
• Experience with line balancing, process capability (CPK), DOE, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies.
• Ability to follow up and close multiple activities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, assembly, and process automation.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Valid U. S. visa and availability to travel when required (FATs).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical thinking, technical expertise, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to identify risks and escalating issues in a timely manner.
• Proactive, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize activities, and take initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools.

Main Responsibilities

• Follow up on cross-functional actions to ensure effective execution of assigned projects.
• Implement new processes and production improvements.
• Validate, test, and release production processes.
• Identify risks, elevate issues, and propose timely solutions.
• Maintain updated technical and process documentation.
• Coordinate activities with Production, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
