Warehouse Supervisor

Baxter seeks a warehouse supervisor in Monterrey to oversee daily operations including receiving, storage, distribution, and shipments. The role involves managing resources, monitoring key performance indicators, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Execute warehouse operational plan and monitor receipt, storage, allocation, and shipment processes
- Manage operational capacity and resources, assessing workload and personnel availability
- Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs including safety, quality, productivity, and inventory accuracy
- Ensure compliance with procedures, internal controls, and safety standards across all operations
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and material flow efficiency
Requirements
- 3-5 years of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations experience
- Completed degree in engineering or related field
- ERP/WMS system proficiency and transactional discipline
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
- KPI tracking and Lean/Six Sigma methodology knowledge
