Position Summary
Bilingual Sales Specialist.
Location: CDMX International Operation Cold Calling.
Base salary: 15,669.64 MXN per month. Fixed days off: Friday and Saturday.
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
Paid online training and legal benefits from day one. Career growth opportunities in an international operation.
Responsibilities
- Convert high‑value prospects into customers.
- Handle cold calls with confidence and structure.
- Overcome objections and apply closing techniques.
- Provide fast, professional, and solution‑driven service.
- Follow up on leads and update CRM in real time.
Qualifications
- English level B2 Upper‑Intermediate or higher.
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience, call center preferred.
- Proven experience in cold calling.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Results‑driven mindset and resilience.
