Application Development

What you'll do

Set up and maintain development environments, CI/CD pipelines, and secure VPN integrations for API access

Deploy ML models as scalable Azure ML endpoints, handling both GPU-heavy and CPU-based workloads

Build and maintain a robust API layer with proper authentication, schema handling, logging, retries, and timeouts

Integrate system orchestration for job sequencing, execution flow, and post-processing workflows

Design and implement horizontal scaling strategies, including parallel processing and batch inference

Monitor production systems with alerting and observability for latency, throughput, errors, and model performance

Run load testing and plan system capacity to meet and scale beyond high-volume processing targets

Manage structured JSON outputs with version control, validation, and backward compatibility

Create operational documentation, including deployment runbooks and incident response procedures

What you'll bring

4+ years of experience in DevOps, MLOps, or platform engineering, including hands-on ML production deployments

Strong expertise with Azure services (ML, Functions, Container Registry, Monitoring, Networking)

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM

Proven ability to build and operate production-grade REST APIs with reliability and security in mind

Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and ML model serving architectures

Experience in performance optimization, load testing, and system scalability planning

Familiarity with advanced Azure ML endpoint features like auto-scaling and staged deployments

Knowledge of ML inference optimization techniques (e.g., ONNX, TensorRT, quantization)

Experience working with multi-model pipelines and coordinated endpoint architectures

Understanding of serverless orchestration patterns and cloud-based workflow systems
