Mision

This role will be responsible for leading and executing the Human Development agenda at site level, translating business needs into practical people solutions and driving measurable improvements across talent, employee relations, labor relations, engagement, development, and workforce stability .

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership to translate business priorities into effective HR strategies and action plans.
• Lead labor & employee relations , including union relationships, conflict resolution, policy compliance, and labor risk management.
• Drive talent management and development , including performance, succession, leadership development, learning, and engagement.
• Improve workforce attraction and retention , particularly for operational/hourly employees, addressing turnover and staffing challenges.
• Lead organizational change and culture initiatives to strengthen engagement, performance, and employee experience.
• Oversee the execution of HR initiatives and services across the plant, ensuring alignment with corporate HD strategy and measurable business impact.

Profile

• Experience supporting a plant with 500+ employees .
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Advanced English Level
• A hands-on approach and the ability to move between strategic conversations with leadership and day-to-day realities on the plant floor.
• +3 years in a similar rol
