Influencer Marketing Manager iGaming Remote

About the opportunity At match, we connect specialized talent with leading international companies. We are currently looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join an international project within the iGaming industry, focused on acquiring and scaling traffic across the LATAM market. This position is ideal for a handson professional with experience sourcing influencers, purchasing and negotiating advertising placements, managing campaigns endtoend, and optimizing performance based on business results. Remote position LATAM Fulltime LATAM Market What Youll Do Research, identify, and evaluate influencers and content creators across LATAM. Source and purchase advertising placements directly from influencers and creators. Negotiate rates, commercial terms, deliverables, and campaign conditions. Manage the full influencer campaign lifecycle, from creator sourcing and negotiation to campaign launch and performance analysis. Develop campaign briefs and coordinate advertising integrations with creators. Analyze creators based on audience quality, GEO, engagement, historical performance, and commercial potential. Monitor campaign performance and optimize placements based on results. Track relevant performance metrics such as CPA, conversions, registrations, FTDs, ROI, revenue, and other acquisition KPIs. Build and maintain longterm relationships with creators and partners. Research competitors, market trends, and new traffic acquisition opportunities across LATAM. What Were Looking For 2 years of handson Influencer Marketing experience. Proven experience purchasing and negotiating influencer advertising placements. Experience managing influencer campaigns from sourcing to performance analysis. Strong understanding of performance marketing and user acquisition. Experience working with the LATAM market. Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Fluent Spanish. Advanced English for daily communication with an international team. Experience managing significant influencer marketing budgets is highly desirable. Industry Experience We are particularly interested in candidates with Influencer Marketing experience in highly competitive or complex industries such as iGaming Online Casino Sports Betting Crypto Exchanges Trading Fintech Banking Financial Products Other performancedriven or highrisk industries Direct iGaming or Betting experience will be a strong advantage.
