What You Will Do

• Monitor and manage IT systems to prevent and resolve operational issues efficiently.

• Implement and maintain IT protocols and best practices to ensure system security and data integrity.

• Provide comprehensive support for IT issues, ensuring timely resolutions and clear communication with all parties involved.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides to support operational consistency and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT operations or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in system administration, network management, and IT security protocols.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for documentation and coordination purposes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or similar.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
