Production Manager - Lean Manufacturing Leader

Flextronics - The Flex Company

Flex is seeking a Production Manager for Guadalajara North Campus to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations, manage supervisors and technicians, and coordinate with planning, control, and engineering to meet quality, cost and delivery goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, experience leading large production teams, and knowledge of Lean/manufacturing improvement. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
