Axial Deployment - Regional Change, Communications (Guadalajara)

Overview

Join AstraZeneca as we embark on the Axial Programme – a large‑scale transformation of our ERP system. The programme will standardise processes, enhance financial management, and provide real‑time reporting across the organisation.We are seeking a secondment as Regional (Above Market) Change, Communications and Training Lead to support the Mexico deployment of this programme.

Accountabilities

• Ensure the creation, tracking and delivery of the end‑to‑end change plan for the Mexico deployment and alignment with global deployment and CCT activities.
• Provide change management expertise to the Mexico Deployment and CCT Leads and collaborate with the Axial communications team to engage stakeholders.
• Monitor end‑to‑end change impact assessment work and change intervention plan, feeding lessons learned into future deployments and the global CCT team.
• Ensure all change management work complies with AstraZeneca standards and external regulations.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Extensive change management experience for global ERP implementations.
• Proficiency with SAP.

Role Context

Above Market roles act as a bridge between the central Axial team, which has designed the global template for in‑scope processes, and the local deployment teams. The role can cover one or multiple regions and link into Global teams, providing lessons learned for future deployments.
