The Role

Test Specialist – Business Transformation as part of the Central Test Management of Business Transformation program.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing activities including planning, execution, and monitoring of functional and non-functional testing phases in a multi-release setup.
• Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams across the business transformation general program.
• Support developing and communicating test principles and standards to testing teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate different test phases (FT/SIT/UAT/Regression Test, etc.) in a cross-functional environment.
• Collect test metrics and report to stakeholders regularly to identify and mitigate risks on test progress.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, IT Science, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in test management, test methodologies and execution tools (ideally JIRA XRAY).
• Experience in Test Automation, Performance testing and other non-functional testing.
• Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).
• Experience working in a global cross-functional environment including identifying and addressing business needs.
• Participate in meetings, and manage preparing concise, accurate documents.
• Strong communication skills (English required C1/C2).
• Resume/CV must be submitted in English.

Willingness to travel up to 15-25% internationally.
