We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates for a variety of client openings. The ideal candidate is a proactive talent acquisition professional with strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully filling positions in a fast-paced, agency environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven recruiter who enjoys building relationships, identifying top talent, and partnering with hiring managers and clients to deliver exceptional recruiting outcome.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency, consulting, or professional services environment.
  • Proven experience recruiting for a variety of professional, administrative, customer service, accounting, finance, operations, healthcare, or light industrial positions.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities.
  • Strong candidate assessment skills with the ability to evaluate qualifications, work history, career progression, and overall fit for client requirements.
  • Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills, including the ability to identify passive candidates.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interviewing and probing skills to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, compensation expectations, and availability.
  • Experience negotiating compensation, managing candidate expectations, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed recruiting metrics, including candidate submissions, interviews, placements, and time-to-fill goals.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with recruiters, account managers, hiring managers, and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Works with leadership and hiring managers to identify required skill competencies.
  • Identifies necessary job duties, qualifications, and skills for job openings.
  • Qualify candidates by interviewing them in person, assessing soft skills, and suitability/technically fit to the position.
  • Reviews and recommends qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Reviews and modifies the position requirements, along with stakeholders, based on candidate/skill availability in the market as well as feedback from various sources.
  • Conducts candidate resume search via job portals, using various search engines.
  • Reviews and classifies applications/resumes for qualifications of current available and future openings.
  • Interviews candidates to validate work history, education, training, job skills, soft skills, availability and salary requirements and the like.
  • Enters candidate information into Applicant Tracking System; keeps details current daily.
  • Conducts regular follow-ups with stakeholders to keep them appreciated of status, roadblocks, unanswered questions, clarifications, etc.
  • Follows up with candidates during the entire process.
