Growth Marketing Lead, B2B SaaS (US & LatAm)

CobaltoTalent

CobaltoTalent is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead B2B marketing strategies aimed at user acquisition and pipeline growth. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in growth marketing, particularly within SaaS and fast-growing environments.

This position requires a hands-on approach to campaign execution and a strong analytical mindset. The role is hybrid, allowing flexibility in the work model while driving impactful marketing efforts across the United States and Latin America.
