Senior Finance Professional – Supply Chain Finance

We are looking for an energetic, analytical professional to support Supply Chain operations by ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing complex accounting processes, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Supply Chain Finance Business Unit to execute complex journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications in alignment with corporate accounting standards.
• Manage intercompany transactions and reclassifications, collaborating closely with ITCO and ensuring compliance with Mexican fiscal regulations and electronic invoicing requirements.
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages to key stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights.
• Perform detailed account reconciliations, including balance monitoring and root‑cause analysis of variances.
• Respond to ad‑hoc financial requests, providing data‑driven recommendations to improve business performance.
• Support Supply Chain Finance during month‑end close with journal entries, reporting, and analysis.
• Manage and create ICP requests and IONs, including budget‑related processes.
• Support inventory write‑off requests and related financial analysis.
• Approve KAR requests, including project setup and closure for engineering‑related budgets.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate financial processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate ownership by proactively improving processes and anticipating business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in finance, preferably within Supply Chain or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Basic experience with Regrello or similar workflow tools.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player.
